Petroleum Prices in Pakistan w.e.f 7th March, 2026
The government of Pakistan, in a recent move on the 7th of March 2026, has increased the prices of petroleum products. Moreover, these prices have increased by up to 20% on the existing rate. Therefore, the new petrol price is Rs. 321. Similarly, the diesel price is currently Rs. 335. So the government of Pakistan has increased the prices of both by Rs. 55.

The petroleum prices in Pakistan rise w.e.f 1st March 2026 (01.03.2026). The rise in prices is due to the ongoing conflict between Iran and Israel. Currently, there is a full-fledged war between Iran, Israel, and America, which may result in acute oil shortage in the world. Because a major portion of the world’s oil supply passes through strait of Hormuz. So, this region is under the war shadows.

Petroleum Prices in Pakistan w.e.f 16 February, 2026
On the 16th of February 2026, the Ministry of Energy, Federal Government of Pakistan increased the prices of fuel. The price of petrol increased from the previous rupees 253.17 to the new price of 258.17 rupees. Similarly, the price of High Speed Diesel has also risen from the previous 268.38 rupees to 275.70 rupees. On the other side, the prices of Light Speed Diesel and Kerosene Oil remained unchanged.

The government of Pakistan has revised some items of oils w.e.f 16.11.2025. The price of petrol has remained the same as Rs.265.45. Whereas, the price of High Speed Diesel is enhanced from 278.44 to 284.44 with the rise of 6 rupees. Moreover, the price of Light Speed Diesel has also remained as Rs. 159.76. Current Petrol Prices in Pakistan w.e.f. 16.10.2025
The government of Pakistan has changed the petrol prices in Pakistan for the next fortnight. According to the new prices of petrol, the new petrol price (Super) is Rs. 263.02 with a decrease of Rs. 5.66. Similarly, the new current price of High Speed Diesel is Rs. 275.42 with the decrease of Rs. 1.39.
Furthermore, on the other side, the prices of Light Speed Diesel and Kerosene Oil are same as before. There is no change in these two petroleum products.
