Dunoon Fire Incident
The fire was reported today between 12 PM to 1 PM. The gift of the Givers teams have been deployed who are busy in controlling the fire and safety of human lives.
Firefighters At Dunoon under Attack
According to the officials and representatives of the Gift of the Givers who are present at the fire scene in Cape Town, some locals have also attached the rescue team due to unknown reasons. Further, there were two helicopters that were helping the on-ground firefighters to control the fire.
Moreover, one of the rescue workers is also admitted to the hospital due to the extreme heat of the fire. According to the witness, the fire took place on the 9th of January 2026 and was controlled in the late evening after the tremendous efforts of the firefighters.
Loss due to Fire
The fire of Dunoon has brought lots of loss to the people of Cape Town. According to the media reports almost 25 hundred people have been affected in different ways due to this fire. Moreover, on the other side, it is also reported that almost 590 of different sizes have been destroyed due to this havoc fire of Dunoon.
